Independent Showcase Opportunities

Our Independent Showcase program enables agents, managers, and artists to produce their own showcases and bring that work directly to presenters and other conference attendees within designated Independent Showcase hours (8:30pm - midnight, September 5 - 7) — both in the hotel and in venues around Seattle.

Unlike the Official Showcase program, artists don’t apply for a spot — independent showcases are open to anyone, provided they follow just a couple of simple policies:

  • Showcasing artists — with representation: you must be represented by a WAA member in good standing who attends the conference

  • Showcasing artists — self-represented: you must become a member of WAA and attend the conference

Independent showcases in the conference hotel will be run by the showcase room coordinators. Please contact room coordinators individually for availability and rates.
