Introducing WAA’s New & Improved Member Portal!

WAA’s new and improved member portal has launched! Read on for everything you need to know.   

Current WAA Members

If you’re a current WAA member, you will receive an email with your new login credentials on Monday, March 25.  

Former WAA Members 

If your membership lapsed prior to January 1, 2024, you’ll need to create an account in the new member portal to reinstate your membership.

• Join as an Artist/Manager if you represent touring performing artists/attractions 

• Join as a Presenter if your organization presents performances 

• Join as an Associate your organization facilitates, funds, or supports presentation of the performing arts 

• Join as a Consultant/Vendor if your organization provides services and/or products related to the performing arts 

• Join as an Individual if you are an individual performing arts professional who is not affiliated, contracted, or employed by a business or organization AND your annual gross fees from touring/annual total fees paid to touring artists (if applicable) are less than $50,000.  

What can I expect from the new member portal?  

The new portal offers a more user-friendly and intuitive experience for our members as well as enhanced tools to support your networking and career goals, such as community message boards (called “workspaces”.)  

How do I log into the new member portal?  

Access the new member portal at: members.westarts.org. If you’re a current WAA member, you should receive an email with your login credentials on Monday, March 25. Note that in the new member portal, your username is always your email address.  

How do I learn more about the new member portal?  

Join us online for a full overview of the portal and its features. Upcoming sessions: 

• Wednesday, March 27 | 1pm - 2pm  
  Drop-in session: join at any time within the hour to connect with a member of the WAA team for help with the member portal.

  Member Portal Webinar: overview of the various member portal functions followed by a Q&A.

What will happen to the previous member portal? 

It will be deactivated on March 31. You will continue to have access through that date, should you wish to download any invoices. You can access the old member portal at https://portal.westarts.org
